Export data

If the resulting data should be further processed outside ImageC the export functionality can be used. Clicking on Export exports the current view (plate, well or image) to an XLSX formatted file which can be opened with e.g. Excel or R.

The data can either be exported as list of values or as heatmap. In addition it is possible to select the measurement channels which should be exported.
